A Found Poem-Prayer the day before my 60th birthday

My apologies for not knowing where I found this, but it speaks to me in a profound way. I am adding it to my nightly Chanukiyah blessings.


Do not be dismayed by the brokenness of the world. 
All things break. And all things can be mended. 
Not with time, as they say, but with intention.
So go. Love intentionally, extravagantly, unconditionally. 
The broken world waits in the darkness for the light that is you.
