Ruach HaKodesh,
You Who hovered over the waters and brought forth creation,
I ask for Your hovering presence today.
Today,
I actively work towards healing my body,
my mind,
my soul,
my life.
The negative and destructive old brain loops
are a part of my past,
not
part of my now,
and not part of my future.
Today, I am free to choose a different way.
Today, I dare to be willing to release the past
and to let go of any and all shame,
guilt, regret, self-hatred, and hopelessness
that might hold me back,
keeping me tied to old thoughts and behaviors that would limit me
from choosing to be my Best Me.
Today, I am willing to change and grow.
I am ready to be strong and resilient.
I am ready to be courageous.
I am ready for You, Holy One,
to heal my body, my mind, my soul, my life.
Today, I am becoming strong,
one step at a time,
one thought at a time,
one action at a time.
Today, I am choosing to be my Best Me.
Hover near, and help me remain steadfast.
Hold me to being my Best Me,
grounded in You, the Ground of my Being.
Amein.
